Russ Arvi Bontuyan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the OneRaja Group of Companies. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Carlos, his story is not one of inheritance or overnight success—but of resilience, sacrifice, and an unshakable belief in hard work and purpose.

Before building his group of companies, Russ spent years working as an employee. With no backing but his determination, he took the leap to start his own business. Many assume OneRaja was handed down to him—but in truth, he started with nothing. He was the staff. The site driver. The one carrying materials and personally handing out payroll at the end of the day. There were no shortcuts—just long nights, missed meals, and prayers whispered between responsibilities.

His entrepreneurial journey officially began with the founding of OneRaja Construction and Services, born from small wood flooring projects after years of subcontracting. Today, it holds a PCAB License Category B for General Building and employs over 200 skilled workers.

As his heart for service widened, Russ expanded into the food industry with OneRaja Foods, launched during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—not just as a business, but as a response to the growing need for affordable food and job opportunities. The goal was simple yet powerful: feed families and create livelihoods.

He later founded Talamban Airsoft Tactical Supplies and Trading, a passion project turned venture, and co-founded Ava's Flowing Oasis Water Refilling Station with his wife and business partner, Julie Ann Bontuyan—further expanding the reach of their group into daily essentials.

From being a one-man team to leading a growing group of businesses, Russ's journey is a living testament that dreams built with love, faith, and perseverance are never too small to change lives.

Julie Ann Bontuyan is the Chief Financial Officer of the OneRaja Group of Companies and plays a vital leadership role across all business units. A graduate of Information Technology, she brings both technical expertise and strong business acumen to the organization. As CFO, she oversees corporate finances, manages permits and regulatory compliance, handles employee hiring, and implements internal policies across the group's companies.

From training staff to ensuring that operational standards are met, Julie Ann is deeply involved in shaping the company's workforce and culture. Her passion for business is deeply rooted—having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, she has long embraced a mindset of innovation, responsibility, and excellence.
